Detecting AN/NF1/NF2 before pregnancy

Looking for your valuable inputs on ensuring an NF2 male doesn't pass this to his kid. I heard something can be done through IVF by selecting only good sperm(s) which do not carry this defect. Is this possible?

I believe IVF will select the sperm with Generic DNA test. NF2 is Generic disease. You should ask the doctor and find out.
