hello ,

Sleep.... what is that... haha. Seriouly my sleep patterns aren't what they used to be. I usually run out of gas at 11 pm, fall asleep by 11:30 wake up at 3:00 stare at the ceiling for an hour, get up do one or two loads of laundry watch a little TV. not much on at 4am go back up at 6am and lay down for 1 to 2 hours maybe catching a few more zzz. Sometimes I lay down for a cat nap during the day but I feel guilty because I not doing more during the day. In short 4 to 5 hours is usually as much sleep as I get on a regular basis.

4, You shouldn't throw heavy metal objects, especially when the balanced challenged could trip over it!   ;)

Lately I've been waking at 3 am (about 5 hours total sleep) then am able to fitfully fall back to sleep for another three only to wake with head ache that goes away upon rising.  The only time I sleep 7 hours is out of exhaustion then the cycle returns.  Not sure if it's AN tx related as my hubby, six years older than me, has these moments too.
