Sad News_Again
« on: October 17, 2007, 04:32:30 am »
I feel their are alot of people on this forum that I consider too be my extended family even though it is in Cyber Space. So it is with sadness today that I share with those of you that my oldest brother passed away yesterday the 16th. He was 18 years older than me-I am the baby of the family so we did not share much in common-but he was still my brother. His name was Willis. So for those of you who believe in prayer-please say one for him. His death had nothing to do with an AN-Heart related-but I just needed to share with you all. Thanks-and God Bless-Ron

Thank You All for your sympathy and concern. I am going too try and work today-but I do not think it will be easy. Funeral has not been scheduled yet. I stopped by on my way too work this morning too the doughnut shop and told the guys he met with every day. They were all in shock-one had just talked to him yesterday afternoon. I am still in shock today. As I read your relpies tears started welling in my eyes. I guess I am more an emotional nut than I thought. Anyway-thank you all so far-you people on this site are my fortress and rock. Thanks_Ron

It's ok to be emotional.  You are grieving over the loss of a family member.    Sudden losses are very hard.     We are all thinking of you and your family.

Ron, So sorry for your loss. My 15 year old brother died when I was 18. With time the surface pain heals but deep down the heart always misses them. I'm thinking of you and hoping you find strength and comfort.

Please accept my deepest sympathy. Sudden, unexpected losses of a family member hurt us deeply. My 22 year old son died in an automobile accident this past March. The grief is deep. The support of this Forum during that time was incredible. Please know that we are all here for you.
