Latest issues of "Notes"
« on: June 19, 2008, 10:11:59 pm »
I was wondering if anyone else read the article titled "Think Like a Ninja"? in the latest ANA Notes newsletter.

I thought this was a really great article and when the author explained where she got the title, I was highly amused and found myself totally relating to what she had gone through.  Did anyone else feel the same way?

I don't actually "make" trouble..just kind of attract it, fine tune it, and apply it in new and exciting ways

Yes, actually I was laughing when I read that bit.  In fact, I had to say it out loud a couple of times just for fun.  Great article. Also hits rather close to home, doesn't it?

I appreciated the referenced article in the latest edition of 'Notes' because I've always 'thought like a Ninja' when it comes to dealing with my AN.  I've even got the HIYAAAA! sound down pretty good, too.  Scares the neighbors cat half to death.  ;)

However, the writer's admitted misunderstanding of a statement that carried a much different message was amusing.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

Jan,

I cracked up when I read that article!  From now on I'm going to think like a Ninja.  And take echinacea too.   :D
