MRI Results
« on: July 25, 2008, 07:56:28 pm »
I just had an MRI this past week. The films are unchanged since 2005.  My surgery was Middle Fossa in November 2001.
Yeah...

Good news. We like boring MRI reports around here.

Looks like it made your hair curlier, though.  ;D

Right side is weak too. Life is quiet.

Hey, Kate -

Steve is right.  Your hair IS curlier!  :D  I really like the new look - very becoming.

As for the MRI, all I can say is CELEBRATE!   8)

Yes, curlier.....I have the blessing (or curse) of thick wavy hair which allows me to wear it curly with some work or straight with some work:-)  Make my knit hat with a little extra room for the hair ;D

I agree, boring is good. Jan, I thought of you when I was at Hinsdale Hospital getting my MRI.  We have that facility in common:-)

Kate:

Congratulations on a 'boring' 3rd-year MRI.  May you have dozens more.  :)

Jim
4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

Kate,
Congrats on your  boring MRI results!  It would be great if we all get the same kind of boring news when it's our turn.  In the meantime a celebration seems to be in order!  Maybe a shopping trip or a new and exciting martini, there seem to be so many new choices out there.
