Glad I'm among the "elite" with you, Phyl.

Guess even being a moderator doesn't get you your newsletter any faster  ;)

Anyway can I get the ANA to put my mail near the top of the list, rather than the bottom  ???

Nope, Jan, you're definitely not the last.  I haven't gotten mine either.

I am beginning to think Kay, you and I have been "accidently" crossed off the mailing list.  Maybe they're afraid we might hijack the newsletter!   :D

Hi how do i get a copy of the news letter do you have to join something?

Yes, as Cheri stated, you have to join the ANA.  The annual fee is $40. and includes 'Notes', the ANA newsletter, published quarterly.

Here is a link to the membership sign-up page: https://secure.baxinternet.com/~anausa/membership_donate.html

Unfortunately, delivery of the newsletter appears to be a bit erratic.  I still haven't received my copy.  I knew I should have tipped the mailman at Christmas!  :D

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.

Life is not the way it's supposed to be. It's the way it is.  The way we cope with it is what makes the difference.

Apparently, you have to join the ANA AND move to Canada if you want to get the newsletter, eh?

Lori -

I was all ready to go with your suggestion that you, K, and I are on the "bad list" and have therefore been bypassed  :o

But I can't believe Captain Deb would be on the bad list also  ???

So I think it must be the lack of a Canadian address in all our cases  ;)

Well, I was going to suggest that maybe Captain Deb should be on that list too, but I was afraid she'd keel-haul me for saying so!   :o

Capt. Deb - maybe yours is being sent by carrier pelican?

Finally Got Mine!  David I had the same sensation being wheeled to surgery on November 20.  The sunlight was streaming through the wall of windows and I remember thinking how beautiful it was.
You describe the St Vincent Island well:-)
