denise x two boys update
« on: October 21, 2008, 01:22:28 pm »
Denise came through her operation Thursday the 16th with flying colors. It was an eleven hour ordeal but, everthing turned out great. She is now home recuperating and her Mom and I ( Her Dad ) are here to make the early recuperation as comfortable as possible. Please believe in the power of \prayer.

Denise's Dad
- Oct. 16/08 - 12 hour 'blob-ectomy' at LHSC in London, ON - Dr. Lownie and Parnes
- Some internal facial numbness (cheek, tongue, eye), SSD, headaches (getting better), dry eye, some balance issues..... but othwise AWESOME!

Hey, dad, thanks for the update.

I know Denise was worried about her surgery, as well as how her boys would fare in her absence and during her recovery.

It's nice to know you and mom are there to help out.

Please let Denise know we send her our best - including our prayers.

Thanks again,

Jan

Tell Denise that Debbi is sending her a big hug.  So glad that you're there to look after her - I had my parents with me when I had surgery earlier this year and it was such a blessing.

Great news!

Please say hello to Denise from her Canadian ANA pal here in Oregon State. I am so pleased to hear all went well -for her.

Did she finally get to meet Dr. Summit Agrawal? If yes- doesn’t he have such a great youthful smile…? (He was truly the shining Canadian light in my ordeal  ;D)

Hugs Denise!

Wonderful news, I am very happy for Denise. Give her our best,  I can't wait until she gets back on the forum to tell us all about it.

Tell her to rest a lot, and take naps in between the rest periods. :)

I'm so pleased to read the good news and want to thank Denise's dad for taking the time to update all of her AN friends.

Good job, Denise!  I'm sure it's great to be home with your family.  I'll continue to pray for your speedy recovery.  Post when you're up to it.  Meanwhile, we're fortunate to have your dad to keep us informed.
