just had my every two years MRI and for the first time in the last 5 1/2 years i supposedly have some enlargement.  am waiting to get the films on CD to get them out to hopkins for evaluation.  any feedback around here?  did tons of research, i have read a lot on this site, but not really interested in surgery.  anyone with experience with a second round of radiation?
thanks!

Hi Julie,

How much supposed growth? Unless it is clearly a significantly larger tumor, I would wait six months and do another MRI. 2mm is not enough. At this point I think you need to establish a clear pattern of growth before contemplating a second treatment.

8 mm left AN June 2007,  CK at Stanford Sept 2007.
Hearing lasted a while, but left side is deaf now.
Right side is weak too. Life is quiet.

thanks, think that i will be doing a watc and wait as the report says the position is the same.  i am a little suspect of the film or reading of it, and have asked for another radiologist to read it as well as sending it off to hopkins for a review.
