Wow! 28 people attending!  For a tumor that's supposed to be rare, that's a whole lotta folks who have 'em.  I can't wait to meet everyone and I'm happy that there is an upside to having a tumor in my head.  Another excuse for Brunch!!!!

Diagnosed 3/09 1.1cm tumor - 4/17/09 - had grown to 1.2
Age 61 - married with three adult kids
MidFossa surgery completed June 22nd
Mass General/Mass Eye and Ear - Martuza and McKenna
The tumor has grown back.  Now working with Mass General.  Dr. Loeffler feels I am not a candidate for proton beam.

I was just thinking that perhaps I could bring the journal down for anyone interested in adding a photo and write-up.  There don't seem to be any surgeries next week, and Lauralynn received the scarf on Saturday, so I can ship the journal to her on Monday for Wednesday arrival.
What do you think?

I think that would be a great idea!  But you have to find a way to add to the journal pics I posted.
 
Hey moderators (yeah, I'm talkin to YOU!)  Is it possible to have a post that anyone can edit/add to?  Not a thread, but a post so we can keep all the journal pages together.
 
I know, I'm a trouble maker and stirring the pot again.

-Had to cut hearing nerve to get "sticky" tumor, so SSD right side.

Waaaaaaa!  Well, tell him Dave will have his uilleann pipes in the car along with flute and whistle, maybe even my fiddle, for his gig at a pub in NH on our way home after the brunch and can be begged to perform if anyone doesn't mind the sound of Irish pipes (not Scottish warpipes, don't worry).   So, it's his loss!

4.5 cm AN diagnosed 5/06.  Retrosigmoid surgery 6/06.  Follow-up FSR completed 10/06.  Tumor shrinkage & necrosis noted on last MRI.  Life is good.
