*  mixes up the time-homored concoction of lime jell-o, motor oil,  and ketchup----tears open favorite pillow on top of favorite shower curtain, strips nekkid and smears concoction all over self, rolls in feathers till completely covered (thank god for that!) and begins to chant:  *

Inky stinky di-ya--ree-ah!

The thought of Capt Deb smothered in goo and feathers while chanting should be enough to heal you. Careful though, those feathers might start to fall off. Get well quick Laz.

Noo-moan-yaaaah is yucky Laz; I'm so sorry to hear you are under the weather!!!! I had it back in Feb and had to be hospitalized for a week. Take care of yourself and do as your doctors say and you should be feeling well soon. Remember to take deeeeeep breaths to help clear that yuck out of there!

WOWEE, Am I TIRED!! I've been at this ritual, a'dancin' and a'chantin' all night!!! The feathers did start to fall off! Thank god I had a bunch o' extra goo mixed up and a spare pillow!!! Poor Dr Love dint get a wink o' sleep what with all the racket I been makin'!! Good thing we're anchored out in the middle o' the woods with no neighbors. I even added to the ritual by gettin' me biggest cook pot outta the pot locker and I stole Gennysmom's Tater Spoon/Bad Nurse Whapper and commenced to whappin' on the pot along with the chantin' and danciin' around!

Hey! I think I lost about 5 pounds and it has improved my balance a whole bunch--all this hoppin' around on one foot!!! Can't stuff yer face whilst doin' all this activity!!!
I even picked up some moves from the groovin' scallywag. O' course I been doin' this a long time, ever since I was a lil' wenchlet! See?

This here's a home movie taken by me Pappy!!!!

I'm still waitin' ter hear from ya Laz!!!! My feet are gettin' tired!!!

Laz,
It sounds like the wenches were a bit hard on you when you visited.  I hope you're starting to feel better.  See if this will help, I found it at the back of the keg room.  In the US, a common home remedy for cough is made from Whiskey, honey, and lemon juice.  If it's not helping the cough, keep taking swigs until you forget why you needed it.

Whilst I am chanting for Laz, I thought of a little poem to help Capt. Deb on Monday. I will NOT, repete, NOT, attach feathers or goo on Monday!!  :o I shall wear socks however.  Seems like they should do the trick.  ;D    Sue in Vancouver

The MRI Blues

I contemplate
My unknown fate,
To see if it’s decided,
If my AN has subsided.

Nothing to say,
I just quietly lay,
And wonder if my brain,
Won’t make me insane.

I start to think,
Can I even blink?
Do they see me in this tube?
From their far away cube?

I am going crazy,
Everything is hazy,
This is absolutely no fun!
They are here…
It is done.

LOL  havn't seen the dancing baby in a while.  Deb, me thinks me needs to start the chant dance with ya if ye be loosing 5 lbs overnight. 'cept no goo and feathers fer me. hope Laz is doing better.

love the poem Sue, kinda says it all. Them guys in their cube don't "get it" either. When cap'n Deb shows up monday with her piratude, they'll start to figure out that their big machine is really a big a rum barre. Maybe they can pipe in some of Sue's songs and poems fer Deb to listen to while soaking in the rum barrel.

Thank you!  Deb, you can sing the "humor...tumor..." song while ya lay there in the giant rum barrel.

Wow, I just love the dancing graphics.  My poor computer would probably blow a gasket if I tried to do anything that fancy!!  Really cute. :D

Our poor Laz is recovering nicely I hope.  Let's just blame the airline for this and not the West Coast.  Dr. House on "House" just said, "stay off planes, they are flying cesspools."  So there you go.

Hey anybody watching Survivor??  Did ya see the Vietnamese guy get rid of the headaches?  Thought of all you headache sufferers out there in AN land, and wondered if he might be of some help.
