feels like i weigh a ton...........

has anyone felt like they were heavier than they really are? i think this is where the majority of my balance problems lie. when i am walking it feels if though i weigh a ton and i think this affects my coordination, again iam 28 months post-op thanks for any info regarding subject  p.s. have an appt with Dr. Fukishima on 5-18-09 will ask him also

I, as well, have felt heavier ...... but I attributed it to actually being heavier, from less activity and eating the same!   :-[  I think some of it has to do with relearning how to balance, which includes lifting my feet higher and wider ..... to minimize stumbling, from which I do not do well in recovering quickly.
