Congratulations on making it through, my face after three months returned to nrmal , but my surgery really got rid of the bad stuff, I had a retrosigmoid surgery, my an side gets dry and I use a saline gel in the nose called ayr gel, it works great.  I use it because when I bike, (4 months post op now), it dries out.  Things will get better for sure with yur face a little every day.
