How can I post pictures

What do I need to do to post pics.  I guess i don't have permissions but some have ask for my before and recovery pics because I am a 10 month post facial paralysis recovery with pics that give hope.
3.7 cm AN Translab Aug 08' 100 percent removal UT Southwestern - CSF leak, Bacterial Meningitus. Rt side Facial Paralysis.  Partial facial movement returned 11 months post op.  Still healing

Ask Steve Gerrard.   I sent them to him because he said he would help me.   I  have been trying for so long.   Steve is the one who knits hats.

Yes, Your recovery is incredible.   It must have been difficult going through it and not knowing what was going on.
