Feeling good!
« on: July 24, 2011, 03:36:36 pm »
I have to share with my AN family how good I feel. I go for longer of perids of time without headaches. I haven't had any Tylenol in about 1.5 wks, and my head feels so clear. No wonkyhead today. Turning my head from left to right feels so normal today. I hope it lasts.

Syl ~

Congratulations!  I've followed your AN journey for 3½ years and I'm delighted to be able to help share in your elation at your progress!

Suffice it to say that I certainly hope that this much-improved situation remains your 'new normal'.  :)

And it gets better. Today I hung out with a couple of toddlers for a while. I sure am tired, but not wonki-headed/light-headed/dizzy.

I went 2 weeks & a day without any headaches & no tylenol. I got caught up in traffic for a while. All the stop & go w/ a stick shift was a bit much. Although, I was OK until I got home. As soon as I parked the car, my head began to hurt. Took 1000mgs of tylenol & within 30 min, I was back to normal.

Still no early A.M. headaches. ;D Those are the ones that have been the biggest problem for me.
