Hello Fellow ANers,

I had my 4 cm removed by translab in 2009 and three sessions of gamma knife shortly after.  Ever since the surgery I have experienced extreme weakness on the entire left side of my body.  The last couple of weeks I have noticed that the weakness is way beyond extreme and I now have terrible pain (like a burning pain) in my arm/shoulder/hand.  Doing nothing causes it, doing simple things like holding a pen causes it, doing something like typing makes it much worse.  It feels like the blood in my arm is going down to my fingers.  That's the only way I can describe it.  The weakness is so ridiculous that there is a lot of pain too.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I have an appt. with my neurologist on Monday.  I would love to hear your thoughts on this.  Thank you so much.
