Has anyone following this thread any experience with the procedure mentioned in the ANA Notes of September 2005 by Dr. Willliam Friedman of Florida?  I posted a transcription in another headache thread on this forum--please read it there and let me know your reactions,I'm looking for useful input..  thanks
