Blurry vision
« on: February 13, 2015, 07:35:25 am »
Hi,
I had my AN removed over 10 years ago and now finding the affected side, left eye, is sometimes more blurry than the unaffected side.
Been to have eyes checked and was suggested I use more dry eye drops. This isn't helping. Anyone else experienced this please?
Thanks

Jane

Hi Jane and welcome to this forum .....

I am 7 years out from my first surgery and I occasionally have the blurred vision (along with a dry eye) you are describing.  Usually it is when I am very tired or have been in a drier environment (like right now with heating systems running so much more).  I grab the Refresh Celluvisc gel drops to use at night and that seems to help.

It sounds like you may need to make a return visit to your ophthalmologist if it isn't helping.  You do not want to damage your cornea.
