Acoustic Neuroma info book

Anyone heard of MEDIFOCUS?  I found a web site for them “acousticneuroma-info.com”. They are selling a book  for $29.00 on these tumors. It covers the causes, treatment, symptoms etc.  Has anyone purchased the book and if so what did they think of it?

I also saw an ad for that book and wondered about it.  Since there was so much info available online and on this forum, I didn’t see the need to purchase it. But I was curious about it.
