Right frontal lesion skull

I was diagnosed with a bone hemangioma of skull many years ago about the time the AN was discovered. Had surgery retrosig 2016 of right sided AN. I have follow up mris every 3-6 months ever since. The last one last month showed the right frontal lesion had grown.  Saw surgeon today who recommended surgery. Any one else have any experience with that type of lesion.  It is benign.  Thank you, Joan
