Dizziness

I’ve had AN in my left ear for about 7 years with slow hearing loss, until recently. I had a round of radiation in May. Everything went fine but soon after I’ve been dizzy.barely manageable but it doesn’t seem to be subsiding Recent imaging shows the tumor has grown as predicted before it begins to shrink.
Does anyone have an experience like this?

Often the tumor will grow a little before it begins to shrink (as you already know), and when it grows, it is my understanding that it can increase dizziness (I'm not a physician, so this is just what I have heard).

Have you considered vestibular therapy?  Not every physical therapist is trained well in vestibular therapy, so you would need to find a skilled vestibular therapist.  My specialist recommended it to me, and I found it very helpful.

I had gamma knife 2 years ago. I experienced dizziness a couple days after GK, 6 months after, and 12 months after GK. Now after 2 years I only experience dizziness if I turn my head too fast or if I am exhausted physically. Dramamine can be helpful. Vestibular rehab helped also. There are good you tube videos with the same exercises I learned in vestibular rehab. When I had dizziness it felt exhausting walking from one point to another but that has gotten better.
