Results of 1st annual MRI
« on: April 21, 2008, 09:00:57 pm »
Well, the results are in - and they are good  ;D

Doc says no tumor and I "still have a brain" - what a relief.

Jan

Retrosig 5/31/07 Drs. Battista & Kazan (Hinsdale, Illinois)
Left AN 3.0 cm (1.5 cm @ diagnosis 6 wks prior) SSD. BAHA implant 3/4/08 (Dr. Battista) Divino 6/4/08  BP100 4/2010 BAHA 5 8/2015

I don't actually "make" trouble..just kind of attract it, fine tune it, and apply it in new and exciting ways

What? You have no brain, and you still have a tumor?
Oh, wait, a little dyslexia there. All is well after all.  :D

Congratulations on a clean MRI.

Hearing lasted a while, but left side is deaf now.
Right side is weak too. Life is quiet.

Actually while I was thrilled to hear there is no tumor, I kind of expected that part.
I was told a year ago it was entirely removed and I know the odds of recurrence are only 1-2%.

The comment about the brain was a little unexpected.
But it's great to have that confirmation from a trained medical expert ;D

My doctor walked in with the one year MRI report and said with a smile, "Nothing in there!!"  What an ice breaker!  ;D
