Well, tis about time this here sorry excuse for a pirate crew gets their collective arrs's off their collective barco-loungers and man the mainsail and hoist the jib and swab the deck and such like that.  And Laz, I think when they cracked open that Aussie skull of yours, some kind of bad ju-ju entered into your noggin and the darn thing has been trying to get out these past 4 years or so. We need to find a witch doctor on some exotic island and he/she can work some magic on ya, ya poor lad.  Ya's don't deserve to have the headache plague. None of ya's don't.  Tis not a fair world, but then, it never was.  :(

Hi ya guys,

Bruce, two strikes I am afraid. It was VB (Victoria Bitter) the best brew in the land. Once upon a time it used to be 7% but with all the drink driving laws these days, it's a mere 4.9% - now costs ya almost double ta get drunk!

Now where shall the good ship go to mmmm, Laz puts thinking cap back on and "blank" mmmm, tries pacing up and down the room but gets told off fer wearin the carpet out, mmm perhaps, nah, mmm, all this neurontin is affecting the brain (whats left of it) mmm, I know, but you'll have to stay tuned. Will the good ship PBW remember how to go forward? will the Captain run her aground again (Laz ducks for cover big time) will, phew, just missed that scud misslie!

Stay tuned

Let the frolic begin!  Put the headaches asunder!  I wish.  We can go somewhere with roiugh seas and all get very dizzy and hit the deck and knock ourselves out and then we won't know which headache is worse.  Glad you're back Laz.....................

This is your cursed, cruise director, here to inform you that our fearless Capt'n Deb has returned home from the land of twue pirates (ok, FL ya'll!) and is now in sick bay.  Did a ship-to-shore call with her yesterday and she's laid up with pneumonia of sorts... so....time to rally all scallywags and wenches and make the germs invading our Captain's body walk the plank!

feel better, Captain! :-*

Been reading through some of this extended "thread"....WHEW.  Just got back from teaching yoga, feeling good.  Rainy and dark in warm S. Florida today, guess that's why I'm feeling "off", need to turn on some lights!  You guys this is eating me up inside...what does "PBW" stand for?

Hey Karen,

if you go to Page 1 or 2 or 3 (somewhere wayyyyyyyyyyyy back there), you'll see that "PBW" stands for the PrincessBattywench. Yes, we named the cruise ship after our dear posting-cohort-in-AN-crime, Battywench....

signed,

the cursed, cruise director :)

Karen, this thread is best savored from the beginnin'--Brendalu stayed up all night readin' it once apon a time. It is a historu of the PBW, of which we need a ship's navigator and since you have yerself sailed the seven seas, the job is open! You gotta share it wiv shoegirl, but she won't mind, were all nice about that stuff here, 'cept for me, I be the Capt and I don't have to share it wiv no one! (well, not today anyway--me pirattitude is hangin' out--fixin' to go to court today fer me big disability trial!)

I'll have to admit, this job on the Goode Ship Princess Batty Wench has help wiv the olde depression monster that had me in its grip for 3 years!

Good luck in court.  I already had my day in court (they threw it out) last week.  I am embarrased to say mine was for not carrying a "tool" to pick up after my dog--$130 thank you very much!  I was out walking for exercise and brought my dog for his too, knowing he wouldn't "do the doo" I didn't bring the "bag".  WRONG decision, unbeknownst to me, and was stopped by the Humane officer inquiring if I had a bag, to which I honestly replied, "no."  Tie me to mast and flog me she did.  Long story short after pulling up and printing out the "true" law off the city's web site, the city attorney saw how ambiguous it is and decided to drop it.  Although I did pay court costs of $78.  So now I carry not one, two, but three bags cause you never know if after one "squat" there might be another so I need the third bag to keep me off the Group dubbya bench!  ;--)  Here's an interesting moment for SSDers.  Upon entering court there was a sign reading hearing devices available to those in need.  Well, I needed as the judges voice got lost in the very large room, so I inquired, only find out I would have to reschedule so they could accomodate?!  Whaaaa?  Oh the plight of the handicap, right?  Could be worse.  Anyway, keep your titles of Captain and Navigator, I'll keep mine as Admiral!  "TENSHUN!  I hearby declare the rest of the month you all have shore leave!  Report back on the 1st of the month with any and all treasures to share."

Okay Laz, you asked for it.   ;D  Kisses for the "young" part! :-* :-* :D

Come one and all and have some fun,
Read this great story from page one,
We've sailed all over this here Earth,
Providing fun and joy and mirth.

We've had some troubles, that's true
But let me tell you about this crew,
Steadfast, loyal, brave and strong,
Nothing stops this gang too long.

They've got your back where e'r you go,
And maybe some rum, yo, ho, ho!
Imaginative fun fuels our cybership,
But the people are real, on this crazy trip.

Alas I did not do as instructed by my captain and "read the whole thing through!"  Seems my comentary brought the PBW up on Minerva Reef, lying on her side waiting for high tide to float free once again on her way.  "Stick to the story line, AAAAWWWWWKKK".  I beg forgiveness.
