Perhaps we should get the ship battle ready and go after them rotten dog killers Laz was telling us about on the other thread about the stolen Pug.  That just chaps my hide, and I'd like to track down the dirty rotten scum and keel haul the lot of  'em.   >:( >:(

Of course, maybe if we talk to Laz, he's already taken care of matters and he'll say,

"So I tanned their hides when they died, Clyde, and that's them hanging on the shed.." :o

All together now.....

*Pooter quietly sneaks out on to the deck of the PBW with Phyl's thingy dingy and jumps overboard with it and starts rowing towards land*

"I'm off to see a guy about a truck.  His name be Mack.  I'll be back.  While there I'll look for 16..er.. 17.. and plunder some chcolate if possible.  It's dangerous water out here, and may come back with a scar or two."

See you guys in Postie-land!  I'm not sure how much I'll be on tonight.  Staying in a hotel near the hospital so I don't have to wake up WAY early to get there by 6:30am.  Look for updates!  As soon as I'm able, I'll jump back on board myself.

Good luck Pooter and to Cepten Deb - I've ordered those men in white coats fer ya!

hey Sue, a bit of Rolf Harris in them there words huh!

On a more solem note, I think this crew should spare a moment of thought for the Burmese who have been devastated by that rotten cyclone. By the sounds of it, its worse than what hit New Orleans and that was as bad as you'd want it.

Yes, it's doubly sad when a catastrophe such as that hits a country who is ruled by idiots and are too prideful to accept help from the rest of the world.  It's their own darn fault if they have no population or infrastructure left to support their country.  Guess they don't think of that when they isolate themselves.  Grrrrrrrrr.   >:( :'( ???

And Laz, Tie Me Kangaroo Down, is one of my all time favorite "fun" songs.  All them strange Aussie words were fun to say. :)

GOOD LUCK POOTER.  Hope everything comes out all right! ;D   Don't let Cap't Deb get too close, Pooter. She wants to strip ya nekkid and set you out to fry in the tropical sun!   The tropical sun sounds pretty good to me about now.  Our temperature today and tomorrow is within one degree of FAIRBANKS, ALASKA!   Although "they" say that it might be 90 by the end of next week.  Yikes.  Too much, too fast.  Don't like that.  Makes me sickish when it's that hot with no break-in time.  ya know?

Woooo whooooooo, it's Friday!  And mother's day is coming up.   Thanks all you mothers out there.   Hmmm, do they have a mum's day in Australia?  I promise I'll try not to use the term "mother" in vain to fellow drivers.

For some reason this thingy-dinghy thing sounded familiar so I googled "dinghy song" and came up with this, although this isn't what I was thinking of.  But, knowing some of you folks, you'll get a real kick out of this.  I don't think I've heard this song, so I don't know what the tune is.  You better go to the link, so's I don't get into trouble, although it's not that bad!

http://www.unc.edu/~danb/p13/NanaAgathasDinghySong.html

Okay, you guys, I'm having a "senior moment" and can't quite remember the other song. I think I heard it in a bar in Hawaii, which has been a few decades ago.  You know you've heard it. I know somebody has.  Double entendre, a bit risque, bar audience participation song.... Anyone? Anyone?  Bueller?

Ever heard this one???

My Ding-A-Ling-A-Ling
Lyrics:  Chuck Berry

When I was a little biddy boy
My grandma bought me a cute little toy
Two Silver bells on a string
She told me it was my ding-a-ling-a-ling

My Ding-A-Ling My Ding-A-Ling won't you play with My Ding-A-Ling
My Ding-A-Ling My Ding-A-Ling won't you play with My Ding-A-Ling

When I was little boy In Grammar school
Always went by the very best rule
But Evertime the bell would ring
You'd catch me playing with my ding-a-ling

Once while climbing the garden wall,
Slipped and fell had a very bad fall
I fell so hard I heard birds sing,
But I held on to My ding-a-ling

Once while swimming cross turtle creek
Man them snappers right at my feet
Sure was hard swimming cross that thing
with both hands holding my dingaling

Now this here song it ain't so bad
Prettiest little song that you ever had
And those of you who will not sing
must be playing with your on Ding-a-ling
