The Police Department in Savannah, Georgia has implemented a new system to better communicate with people who have hearing loss.

They are distributing free cards to help them work better with everyone in the community they serve. Read about their efforts here. Similar programs have been implemented in other areas, with some offering a downloadable card that can be printed at home.
