ANA Legacy Society

Philanthropic support is critically important to fulfilling the mission of the Acoustic Neuroma Association.  Our Legacy Society represents unique, exceptionally generous contributors who have included the ANA in their estate plans.

This forward-looking philanthropy will have a remarkable impact on the future of the Acoustic Neuroma Association. We are so very grateful for the commitments made by our Legacy Society members.

Please consult with your attorney about your options for charitable giving.

If you would like more information on joining the ANA Legacy Society, please contact us.

Jeff Barr photo"Without the ANA I would certainly not have been able to cope so successfully with my acoustic neuroma. I feel very indebted to the ANA. It gives me great pleasure to be able to give back in such a tangible way. I hope others will join me in contributing to the Acoustic Neuroma Legacy Society to help further strengthen the sustainability of the ANA."

Peer Mentor Program

The Peer Mentor Program brings the AN community together, providing needed support and opportunities to help one another through personal connections. Peer Mentors are acoustic neuroma patients and family members/caregivers who are willing to talk about their acoustic neuroma experience. These volunteers provide information, encouragement, and support to other acoustic neuroma patients via telephone and email. Peer Mentors may also host virtual support group meetings.

Peer mentors are located across the U.S. and represent a wide range of treatment types, tumor sizes, and talking points on many acoustic neuroma-related issues.

We encourage you to take advantage of this important resource. Contact us to find a peer match today, we’ll help connect you with new friends who truly understand the AN experience.

ANA members can search and view the peer mentor list at any time in the ANA member section.

If you are new to the ANA and would like to request our free patient kit which includes Peer Mentor information, please submit your request below. We are happy to provide the patient kit to any pre- or post-treatment acoustic neuroma patient, family member, or friend.
