ANA Board Vice-President Neil Donnenfeld is working hard in his own neighborhood to battle noise pollution and fighting for those suffering from hearing loss and hyperacusis, an extreme sensitivity to sound.
Neil says that noise is cumulative for him, there is only a certain amount he can tolerate before he begins to have cognitive effects. He's working with his local government to reduce excessive noise in his area.
