For the fourth year in a row, NFL players laced up for charitable causes.

This past week, hundreds of NFL players showcased causes that are important to them with custom cleats for the NFL's My Cause My Cleats campaign. My Cause My Cleats allows players to express their commitment to the causes that are most important to them, from youth wellness to sex trafficking prevention to support for single parents.

This year we are thrilled and honored to be a part of this incredible program and are so grateful to Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford. To honor his wife, Kelly Stafford, he had his cleats designed featuring the Acoustic Neuroma Association. Kelly was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma earlier this year and had surgery to remove it in April. She and Matthew have inspired many and have done much to increase AN awareness, while showing the incredible strength it takes to recover. Thank you to Matthew, to Kelly and to the Detroit Lions!
