We all know that exercise is good for our bodies. But did you know that exercise is also good for our brains? The brain, like other muscles, gets more fit with regular use.

Kelly Stafford, wife of Detroit Lions quarterback Matt Stafford, has been publicly sharing her acoustic neuroma diagnosis and post-surgery experiences. Kelly's honesty about the difficulties that can accompany an AN diagnosis is helping to increase awareness of this rare disease. ANA would like to thank Kelly for sharing her acoustic neuroma journey and wishes her the best of luck with her recovery.

Get ready to #SoundOff4AN as part of our 7th annual ANAwareness Week! Taking place from May 5 -11, this year’s campaign has two meanings: hearing loss associated with acoustic neuroma and using digital platforms to speak up about your acoustic neuroma journey as a way to spread awareness of this rare disease.
